First, create your document, including blank, personalized fields, such as name and title. Next, e-mail us your documents and list of fax recipients with all pertinent information, such as fax number, name and title. MEC's system will then merge each recipient's particulars into the personalized fields, then send out your document - by the hundreds or thousands. Each of  your recipients will receive a high resolution personalized fax and you will get a detailed delivery report of all faxes that did not go through.
