Calling Cards :

International Calling Cards are an easy way and a convenient solution to make calls especially for most travelers who are unable to callback or Dial 1 services while away from home or office Calling cards customers are given a access number ( often a 1-800 number ) and pre-selected PIN for easy, reliable use while on the go.

Direct Access :

Direct Access gives frequent travelers a way to place calls from any touch-tone telephone in a network of nations throughout the world. Where callback requires the customer to know the number he will be calling from, direct access provides the customer with a toll-free access number which he can call, enter his PIN and place the call much as if he were using a calling card.

Direct Access is available in conjunction with World Access and some Boomerang accounts.

All World Access customers can currently place direct access calls from 21 countries. Customers dial a country-specific toll-free access number, and are then prompted for their authorization code. Customers with multiple authorization codes can enter any of their active codes. The access codes are:

ClearWorld and Boomerang customers who have the follow-me option may dial 1-888-538-7822 and use the PIN from the line with follow-me enabled.

800-Access

800-Access is a service that provides high quality access from customer designated phones to international long distance carriers at discount rates. This means that a customer may use the service without changing his long distance carrier. He simply dials the 800 number and waits for the second dial tone prior to entering his international destination number.

ClearWorld, Boomerang and World Access also offer 800-access from the United States.

Dial 1 Service

Dial 1 service is a standard long distance service used to dial within the United States. With this service, you simply dial 1 plus the area code and phone number of the person you wish to call.

To domestic customers, AmeriCom offers the Simplicity Dial 1 service. This service is sold directly by AmeriCom and not currently available for sale by agents of AmeriCom.
